I really enjoyed this episode, and appreciate you guys talking about the grey market. You guys gave a balanced view of it, the pros and cons, and the proper research and education that needs to be done in regards to that. When I bought my Seiko SNK I bought it through Amazon, and I do the same thing Michael does — Amazon fulfilled only. In my experience, Amazon’s return and refund policies are great, and I would trust them in regards to that, and I’ve been happy with my watch and it hasn’t left my wrist since.
In regards to donations and supporting the podcast financially, I will be honest: I would prefer to support the podcast through things like buying Rikva Watches when that comes to fruition, or if you guys have a t-shirt or other merchandise, I would do that. I’m not really interested in Patreon or donations. I think it would be cool if you guys were able to get sponsors and that type of thing, and I would be willing to support you guys through sponsors, as long you guys truly believed in the sponsors and had special deals and that type of thing. I have seen that with some other podcasts, and supported them through sponsor purchases.
