  1. I don’t give quartz much love; so this was a cool episode that forced me to think a little bit more about how I might integrate them into my collection.

    Since I prefer really hard-to-find Seikos, here are my picks for perfect Summer quartz:

    SLT063 GMT “The Great Blue”

    I think you’ll recognize the first two on my list, but that last one is a dark horse that I think you’ll really enjoy.

    • I picked up the 1983 CWC diver as a summer watch, served me well on a diving holiday in the Adriatic, it’s also pretty cool that theres less than 100 of them in circulation (I’m number 53!)

      Enjoyed it so much I picked up the sbs version when I got home.

      I’d love an original 83, but here in the uk they fetch £2000 upwards!
