As a member of the American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institute (AWCI), Baird has been servicing and repairing watches since 2012 and presents a unique technical perspective on the articles he writes. He has a love for all things mechanical and has an affinity for the style late 60s and 70s Chronographs and Dive watches. His writing style is inspired by certain “British automotive journalists” and his own experiences growing up and living in a blue-collar society.
