Zodiac Aerospace GMT Reissue

I’ll be honest—this is a watch I’ve been anticipating for a very long time. Just ahead of Baselworld 2019, Fossil-owned Zodiac has announced the latest addition to their vintage-inspired collection—the Zodiac Aerospace GMT.

Alpina Seastrong Diver 300 Review: An Overlooked Dive Watch

Once you get the Alpina Seastrong in hand though things appear differently. This cushion cased watch isn’t as big as you think due to the short lug to lug measurement. Sitting next to a 42mm diver watch, they appear almost the same. The lugs also curve slightly to let the strap easily wrap around your wrist, making a big watch wear oh-so-comfortably.

Omega Resumes Production Of The Caliber 321 Movement

Based on the Lemania 2310 – a movement that would serve as a base for watches like the Patek Philippe 3970 – the original caliber 321 stands as the spirit of the “true” moon and pre-moon watches. Seiko SBDC061 Watch Review

Seiko Prospex SNE498 & SNE499 Solar ‘Tuna’ Dive Watches

Now, while both of these watches play a part in idolizing the big, bad Seiko Tunas of the past, it’s important to note one fundamental difference: water resistance. Both the SNE498 & SNE499 are water-resistant to 200m while the original Golden Tuna was capable of 600m.

Swatch Sistem51 Review: Should You Keep The Receipt?

The first time that I was introduced to a Swatch Sistem51 was in a marketing email from Hodinkee announcing their collaboration with Swatch. The Swatch Sistem51 cost $150, which piqued my interest immediately. It was only a fraction of the cost of anything else that Hodinkee offered (besides a magazine).
