Huge shout out and a thank you to our two most recent community guest contributors” Alexander Van Slyke and Fred Nicolaus! The Two Broke Watch Snobs sincerely thank you from the bottom of our snobbish hears for sharing your awesome stories with the site. In relation, serious – what’s cassava, guys? Someone has a produce related meltdown pretty early in the show…

Mike shares his experiences partaking in a bit of self-indulgence on his way to pick up food… he goes on a watch adventure! He checks out some Panerai, a super cool chrono, and much more. The discussion then leads the two into giving some much needed love to the apparently-forgotten Tudor Heritage Chrono Blue. Plus Kaz shares some fun info on the different versions of the Vostok Komandirskie.

The show moves on to the main discussion: the evolution of the microbrand. How has the industry changed… has it changed? Plus the discussion also focuses on how microbrands relate to independent and boutique brands. Does every microbrand want to grow into something bigger than a microbrand?

  1. Another great episode ?? BTW the Nerdist podcast is on episode 904 so keep it up Kaz. ? I’m also a big fan of the Tudor Heritage Chrono ? and apparently there is a new Panerai Boutique that just opened up. I also walked right past it on Friday and don’t even notice it. ?Doh. I gotta go try on that 317. I also did not get an invitation to the Hublot Boutique grand opening today ?. l just have to double fist them another time.? LoL

Instagram doesn’t like either my comments above or the number of emojis I used in the comments.
